After an exhausting day out and about in Gatlinburg we arrived about a half hour before we were scheduled to check in for our Ghost and Haunt tour. Upon arrival,Brad(our guide) was waiting for us. He informed us that since it was an in between time(Sunday night) things were a little slow and our family would be the only ones on the tour and since it was just us we would be touring by van!( and we were able to get started early) We couldn't have been happier since we were already wore out and the temperature was dropping. Brad took us to all the popular haunts and we ended the trip, ghost hunting in the cemetery (AWESOME!) with many different devices! Brad has lots of patience with my youngest nephew and all his questions :) ( He is 10). Brad was also VERY entertaining in his story telling! We all loved the tour so much and would highly reccomend this tour if you are in the area!!

My 5-year-old wanted to take this tour while we were in Gatlinburg because he is into ghosts. We called and were able to get a reservation for that evening. The tour meets at a central location and is $20 for adults. My son was free because he is under 6. The guide is very friendly and enthusiastic about ghosts and ghost hunting. He is the type of guide you need on a tour like this one because if he was not so serious about the topic it would make the tour ridiculous. I am not into ghost hunting, but I would not have expressed my opinion because he is so convinced. The guide told a few true crime and ghost stories, and we viewed the locations where those happened. That part was a little disappointing because the places were not especially spooky or creepy and one is not even there anymore. The most interesting story was a trick the fire department played on the tour on Halloween. The guide encourages people to take pictures during the tour to try to photograph orbs or other specters, which provides you with something to do during the tour. Also, the guide shows a good number of photos from previous tourists that show evidence of ghosts. The best part of the tour is at the end when you get to spend time in a graveyard with ghost hunting equipment. My son loved that part of the tour and wants to go ghost hunting again. The tour is appropriate for younger children, but interesting enough for adults too.

The guide Brad was very personable. He seemed very knowledgeable about the subject matter and interacted very well with the audience. I wish there had been more stories and experiences, but I suppose that is out of all of our control. The time in the cemetery was very cool. Brad provided us with ghost hunting equipment and we had a lot of activity. There is what I would consider a moderate amount of walking and the terrain of the city is mountainous so be prepared for that. The tour was about a mile long. The tour was about 2 hours long and Brad gave us as much time as we wanted in the cemetery. Would definitely recommend
