There is no way that the tour we were on is getting all of these great reviews. It is just not possible. This tour is a complete scam. We were so excited to start with. That changed in the first 5 minutes. The guide's stories were long, boring and seemed to drag out forever. You spend the entire tour in parking lots and on roads where you are constantly getting out of the way of traffic. People not on the tour are all around. They are locals having parties and servers getting off of work. Don't get me started on the equipment. They detected "energy". Turns out we all had energy because it picked up cell phones, power lines, and especially electrical boxes. Lol We wanted to bail after the first story, but we wanted to give it a chance hoping it would get better. Spoiler... It did not. I do not often give reviews if they are negative. I believe in the live and let live way of thinking. I could not let this go without warning others. Do not waste your money on this sham. I have absolutely no idea how anyone could give this tour anything other than 1 star.

I am sorry you didn’t enjoy the tour. As for our comments, Yes, ALL ghosts hunting equipment can give false positives, watch any ghost hunting show for more than a few episodes and they will say you need to debunk anything you get first to see if there was a false positive or it was the real deal. We walk the streets of Gatlinburg, as such (while we are on the back streets) yes, life goes on we are not alone in the city. To expect that is, frankly, silly. I am sorry you felt the stories go on and on and it took too long. Others leave wishing for more. Overall, I am sorry you didn’t have a good time.

What a ghost BUST ! This was a tour of hotel parking lots with the bonus of a stop in a mini market parking lot, where we were queried on our belief in Santa and if the low calorie biscuits and gravy was possible . I guess you could say I felt like I was in a twilight zone of sorts. We bailed after 2 excruciating stories that took the longest sweatiest way to conclusion. In short - ALL BORE and NO LORE. P. S we brought sippy cups of moonshine and that didn’t help !

Absolutely loved this Ghost and Haunt tour. My daughter and I are true believers because of things we have witnessed ourselves and being able to learn the history of Gatlinburg and able to use the equipment ourselves made everything even more exciting and worth every penny. Our tour guide Pete was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and made the tour even more exciting. I definitely recommend taking this tour as one of your adventures when visiting Gatlinburg, TN..
