My 12 year old daughter and I did this one evening and really liked it. The group size was around 15 people so it was very manageable and you were easily able to stay around the guide and hear all the ghost stories. The tour consisted of 90 minutes of walking around Independence Park and the Society Hill neighborhood stopping at local taverns, mansions and of course graveyards to hear stories about all the local ghosts and macabre stories behind them. Our guide was young yet was a great storyteller and easily wove humor and local interest with stories of murder and ghosts. Nothing too intense or graphic, just the right mixture of kitsch and creepiness.
