Go on a beautiful 15-minute helicopter tour to view a glacier before landing at a magnificent location. Weather depending your skilled pilot can take you to one of several amazing places, including the front nearby glacier where you may be able to touch glacier ice (landing on the ice is not possible), mountain with magnificent glacier views or at the edge of incredible alpine lakes. Our pilots know the best spots to go in order to see something amazing, and will always try to accommodate showing guests what they would like to see. This is a perfect introduction flight to Alaska's beauty.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Due to FAA regulations, weight restrictions apply, there is a 290lb weight limit per seat, including everything going in the helicopter with guests. There is also an overall weight limit, if your group of 2 or 3 individuals, exceeds 550lb, please call our office to complete your booking. Misrepresented weights may result in the inability to do the tour without reimbursement.
Infants are 24 months and under, all other passengers must have their own seat
3 guests maximum per helicopter, 6 guests maximum per departure time
Seating is according to necessary weight and balance of the helicopter, guest preference will be accommodated whenever possible

We took a glacier landing helicopter tour in May 2021. It actually snowed the night before on the glacier and the staff were friendly to suggest alternatives. We picked the Godwin glacier landing alternative with some sledge dogs showing. Seeing the sledge dogs over a glacier was our first time and the dogs were active and energetic. We even saw some husky pups which always wanted to be pet while we were there. We got awesome pictures and the camp crew helped us get some of our pictures as well. The crew on top of the glacier especially Rovin and Johannes were very friendly and gave us a tour of the camp and their activities on the glacier. They even provide sledding and snow mobile experiences as part of the tour. The helicopter pilot was friendly and professional and kept his word of going near the wildlife if we spot during the flight. There was turbulence but Dalton handled with ease to maneuver the helicopter for viewing couple of bears over the mountain. We really had once in a lifetime experience with Seward Helicopter Tours business and really recommend you reserve a spot for an activity with them when you visit Seward, Alaska.

We fished in the bay for 3 days and then took the helicopter ride. It was awesome seeing what was over the mountains after looking at them for 3 days. Awesome!!
