James was an excellent host and guide (and very safe driver). We had a very relaxed experience, learned a ton about this area. It was a lot of fun, and very comfortable.

James was very friendly and provided so much information. He engaged with all participants. Unfortunately we didn't get to see glaciers (too cloudy) but it was a nice day.
