On July 4th, 1908, Curtiss gained notoriety of a different kind when he flew his flying machine, named the "June Bug", a distance of over 5000 feet to win the Scientific American Trophy. So many different displays. Something for the whole family. We had an age range of 6-86 years and all had a fun time looking at the collections.

Stopped by the museum with my father and we enjoyed it very much. Learned a lot about the history of Glen Curtis would highly recommend. The staff and everyone there were very nice and helpful.

It was so amazing. All the different ages of bicycle, and cars and aircraft I would definitely recommend that if you have the chance you go vist.
