We had the worst experience with this company, after them sending an email confirming the time and date of the tour around 48 hours prior. They then sent a further email the day before the trip telling us they had moved it to a different time slot with no reason given. Of course having had the confirmation through, we had booked and paid for other activities around this. When expressing this problem, the customer service was terrible. Being passed around from one person to another, with no one willing to resolve the issue. We were passed from Katy to georgette to someone else and so on. Although we understand things can change, we would expect this to be dealt with better and are now out of pocket £100 for a tour we couldn’t even attend. No refund was provided, and every time we asked for this, we’re ghosted. When speaking to katy and asking why no one was getting back to us, she randomly brought up religion being the reason for the lack of response. Of which we felt was being used against us even though we weren’t made aware of this.
