Begin your air tour with a one hour flight from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. Along the way, enjoy the view from the air as you pass over the Tonto National Forest; make a scenic pass through the Red Rock formations of Sedona; and soar past the San Francisco Peaks, Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation before arriving at the Grand Canyon.

Continuing right over the Rim, you begin the scenic overflight of the Grand Canyon’s widest and deepest point, on a route that only a few are allowed to fly. This 20-30 minute overflight of one of nature’s most spectacular sights will give you a view of the Grand Canyon seen by only a handful of people as you fly 1,000 feet above the south rim and about equal to the north rim. After completing the overflight of the Grand Canyon, enjoy a short, one hour flight back to Phoenix by a more direct route.

The flight was fine but the tour was deceptive. Does not include a boat ride because west wind booked us with a helicopter company that doesn’t offer it. The tour was poorly timed and we spent 2.5 hours in waiting around and had to rush through the sights. LOTS of exposure to people on crowded busses. Poor mask compliance. Our pilot was good.

Pilot Max and copilot Josh were incredibly charismatic and welcoming individuals. This experience taking the longer grabd tour over Monument Valley, page, Rainbow Bridge and Horse Shoe and lakes was breath taking. Max maintain a steady flight ✈️ while he provided comfort to my friend Tyler who is fearful of heights. Max is very intuitive and goes above abd beyond to assure confidence with his guest fliers. There was no point on this windy day where we were not calm and focused on the breathtaking views. Viewing of the Grand Cayon is a bucket list for everyone. You must experience this in your life time. I have helicopter toured over the Grand Canyon well aware of this being one of those exceptional experiences in life. I opted for the extended tour to assure it would be more epic than my helicopter experience; otherwise why bother...right? I was 100% right and was blown away by how much more magnificentit would be. The investment was peanuts compared to the memories, photos and videos. As far as bonding experience, I do not find (psychologist) there are more experiences for bonding as this. In fact I met my guest yesterday in line at a store and we hiked the Canyon. Stayed at best hotel separately, had a decent steak dinner and booked the flight for 9 am following day. We both feel from this experience we consider one another great friends who aim to travel together soon. Platonic, as we usually travel alone and rarely want anyone to slow us down. Josh has the most contagious smile and both pilots have an obvious jovial friendship which adds to the calmness on deck. Both work seamlessly for a smooth flight. Lastly, our landing was perfect. My friend Tyler barely woke from a nap. Yes, we both fell asleep on the way back from sight seeing. That is how safe we felt. It was epic. After our flight pilot assured we captured great photo to demonstrate the energy on deck. It was friends, positive vibes, adventure & wanderlust. Unlike my helicopter tour of Grand Canyon, I will take this Grand tour with this crew each time I want to gift this experience to someone. It is the best gift to give. Thank you Max and Josh! Our Lake Powell/Glen Canyon/Rainbow Bridge/Grand Canyon/Horseshoe Bend tour started in Page, AZ. Our pilot, Max, was fantastic - very pleasant, informative, and professional. It was out daughter's 17th birthday, and she was able to briefly take controls and fly the plane - what a birthday to remember!
