Patrick made sure we had an amazing time! All of his nuggets of information, making sure we had the best views and experience. We ate well and bought a bunch of souvenirs. The views were stunning everywhere he took us. He even took us to see white buffalo! A 7 wk old baby and a one year old. We hope to have the opportunity to take the tour again qith Patrick. We highly recommend this company and Patrick.

Did the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Oak Creek Tour on September 6. Amazing experience with Patrick as our tour guide. Took us to all the best vistas in the Canyon. Then onto Sedona via Oak Creek Canyon. Had some great stops throughout the tour like the Navajo Reserve for lunch. The albino buffalo was an unexpected and amazing thing to see. Patrick was awesome...friendly, entertaining, knowledgeable and super efficient by getting us around to all the best sights. Can't recommend this tour highly enough.

The only problem I had was the pick up. When booking it said they will pick up at hotels in the area, I put the pick up location at a local hotel and was downstairs waiting as instructed but no one showed up. I called the number and was told that viator don't make that decision and was told that they sent an email that probably went to spam. I never got an email. We had to drive to meet the van and it was 2 of us, the drive was 12 min away. The other stops majority was 1 person so I'm not understanding why we couldn't have gotten picked up. This was disappointing otherwise Eric, the driver was great! He had nothing to do with this pick up problem.

We sent you an email the day that you reserved this tour telling you we would not be able to pick you up at your hotel because it was outside of our pick up area. Then we again emailed you the day before your tour with all your pick up information. It clearly states in our listing with Viator that you will need to check your emails or call us the afternoon before your tour to learn all your pick up information. Perhaps our emails went to your Spam folder (We have no control over this.). We are glad you enjoyed the rest of this tour.
