If you like an 80mph drive through switchbacks and a rolling view of Sedona, this is the tour for you. Honestly, the van was comfortable and Patrick seemed to have a reasonable knowledge of his subject matter. However, Patrick’s driving was excessively fast which was frightening at times. Then there were his comments interjecting his personal political opinions which we could have done without. In spite of these negatives, we were given ample time at the Canyon. It was an enjoyable day.

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! It was a long but incredible day, packed with breathtaking views and plenty of opportunities to capture the beauty of the Grand Canyon. Our guide, Kenny, was the real MVP—funny, personable, and incredibly informative. He kept the group entertained while sharing fascinating facts throughout the trip. His warm and approachable nature made the day feel less like a structured tour and more like a fun adventure with a knowledgeable friend. Plus, he’s a great photographer! He helped us capture some amazing shots throughout the day. The tour was well-paced, with several stops for bathroom breaks and snacks, which was much appreciated during the long journey. In addition to multiple stops at the Grand Canyon for photos and lunch (at your own expense), we also stopped to admire the stunning red rocks in Sedona—a beautiful highlight. A quick tip: Bring some cash to tip your driver—guides like Kenny absolutely deserve it! Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering a Grand Canyon adventure, don’t hesitate—especially if Kenny is your guide. Highly recommend!
