The tour was fun, but our guide lacked the personal touch at the outset. She spoke to us like we were kindergartners."If you get sick in the van, you'll have to clean it up!" And she warned us about having to stop a lot. And during her grumpy period, she lectured us on what she usually receives in tips. Seems like her timing was off on that. I will say she warmed up toward the middle of the tour, and her insights were interesting and compelling.

This tour definitely need some improvements. First of all, the van is too small for such a long commute. We were expecting a Sprinter type tour bus but this was a small van which was very uncomfortable to get in and out and we got the back seat which made it even more uncomfortable. The actual sightseeing time during this tour is only two hours which includes 15 minutes in Sedona and less than two hours at Grand Canyon. Also, even though it is advertised as 13 hour tour, it actually was only 10,5 hours. We were back in Phoenix @ 6:30pm itself. We only stopped at 3 viewpoints at Grand Canyon and were rushed to get back in the van at all the viewpoints. We definitely think we should have got another hour at the Grand Canyon. The van left Grand Canyon at 2:45pm giving us hardly any time to explore. The tour guide Eric was nice but getting just two hours of actual sightseeing was waste of time and money. Definitely disappointed with the overall experience.
