River float trip was great, helicopter tour was however more succinct than I anticipated and it would have been nicer if the pilot hovered briefly over particular sections while he was talking and slowly spun the heli around so you could take in a little more of what he was talking about than what was just immediately out of the window - the view from the front seats in particular was particularly limited.
All staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and accommodating.

We booked our trip wondering if the white water rafting trip wouldnt be better since we had two "teens" with us but it proved to be entertaining enough if not a bit long. Our son especially had a great time spotting the long horn sheep and taking pictures. My daughter got a kick out of straddling the raft and placing her feet in the ice cold water! My husband and I were thrilled with the ability to take lots of pictures without worrying about having to hold on.... EVERYONE, from the driver,the raft guide, and the helicopter pilot were all very knowlegeable and fun!! Would highly recommend this trip for incredible views of the canyon. This was our kids first ride in a helicopter and they loved every minute! The views from the air are definitely different than from a raft!!

5 Star gave us a first-class ride from our hotel to the airport, where Mischa (our pilot) was amazing! Her personality just shined as we headed to the helicopter for an absolutely amazing ride past Hoover Dam and into the Grand Canyon. There was no wind, so she gave us a bird's eye view of everything. The helicopter ride could not have been better! Mischa was very informative about the area as well. We then rode in luxury again to our rafting trip. Leslie was our tour guide for the rafting trip and she was very informative as well and an amazing boat operator. There was a little mix-up on our transportation back to the hotel, but a wonderful gentleman from 5 Star gave us a ride back. Come to find out...he was the owner! Thank you all for a great day!!!
