Online with TripAdvisor, hard to understand, 30 minutes talking about the BUS tour ( I’m disabled and can’t walk for 60-90 imputes. Showed up and tour guide did not see our reservations. She alerted us it was a 90 minute walking tour. She did find our names , advised us to call TrioAdvisor. Still waiting to hear. This survey is all I have received from my cancellation.

I'm very sorry that you were told you will be taking a different tour other than ours. But shouldn't this review be on tripadvisors website. We did not do anything to deceive you. Nor did we inform you that our tours were a bus tour.. but to leave at five one star review for our tour is extremely unfair. I hope you resolve the issue with tripadvisor. Apparently the person you were talking to was reading about one tour but sold to our tickets. I would contact TripAdvisor to demand that you would get an immediate refund however I don't know your name. I'm terribly sorry this happened to you but I'm afraid that this is entirely tripadvisor's fault

The style of story telling that our guide used to convey the history was very unique . The mandolin helped convey a haunting mood .
