The tour was amazing. Our guide, Damien, was extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history. He gave us a great experience and answered all our questions along the way. The tour itself included a perfect mix of historical facts that were intertwined with supernatural stories. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone, especially at the price they ask!

Think was a terrible experience. Everyone who paid for the tour made it but the tour guide didn't. We waited for over a half hour by the time we were finally able to get a call back from the company because the call constantly went to voicemail. When we spoke to the company, we were told the guide would be there in 45 minutes, which meant the tour would start an hour and a half or more later than scheduled. Most of the group decided they would stay anyway. Then after waiting the extra 45 minutes we got a phone call that the tour guide couldn't make it. Not only was this disappointing, but it made it seem like this company lied to buy time to see if they could actually find a guide, then when they realized they couldn't find anyone, they finally cancelled. In the end, they refunded everyone in the group and said we could take the tour the following day for free. No one did. Extremely disappointing.
