This was a great tour. Out guide did a great job of teaching us how to paddle the kayak and let us go at our own pace. The hike was mostly shady and not too difficult. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes that you don't mind getting wet since you have to wade through some water. There is a boardwalk along large portions of the trail, which makes the hike a little easier, although there are still several areas where you have to climb over/around tree roots and rocks. The waterfall is pretty, although not a lot of water was flowing when we were there. It was a nice chance to take a break for lunch and enjoy the view. Don't forget to bring and wear sunscreen, especially on your legs during the kayak portion of the tour.
