This tour was fantastic. Our guide Stephen was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. This tour was the highlight if our weekend and a terrific way to explore and see wildlife. The sunset on the way back was a bonus!!

Let's start from the beginning of this beautiful adventure that we had with our tour guide, Steve. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local land and oceanic celebrities (Tom Selleck). We saw a goose protecting her nest, mallards, blue crabs, and most importantly the horses. We now know what an Egret looks like and it's impressive 5 foot wing span (and Steve even impressed us with his bird call). Steve was not only informative but hilarious and patient. Our kayaks got stuck and he was there in a heartbeat to assist and was able to calmly help part of our group get back on track. Please don't hesitate to book a tour! Steve is the best! Polygamist ponies ftw!

I learned so much on this trip with Steve. He is knowledgeable and has a love and respect for the island that is inspiring. I've visited the area before and came away from this kayak tour with a new appreciation of the history, ecology and diversity of Assateague. Thank you.
