Przegląd

Enjoy a close, personal encounter with the West Indian Manatee as you snorkel with them under the guidance of a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. Our small group (no more than six guests) tours are conducted daily in the beautiful Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Get up close and personal with these amazing mammals and learn about the ecosystem and their habitat.

Unlike many tours, these Captains will actually swim with you and your group to ensure that you have a memorable experience. While in the water, your captain/tour guide will take high-definition photos and videos of you and your group which you will be able to view and purchase at the end of your trip.

Your price includes all snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, wetsuit) and complimentary coffee or hot cocoa.

This was an incredible experience, made only better by Capt Ron and Lauren's knowledge and guidance. The 6:30am trip is DEFINITELY worth the early wake-up. Ron and Lauren also clearly know a lot about manatees and work very hard to make sure that you have the best experience possible while also respecting the animals. They create a friendly and personal atmosphere, especially since they only take max six people out at a time. Would highly recommend them over other groups we saw out on the water!

This experience was absolutely incredible!! We got so close to so many lovable manatees, and the springs are absolutely breathtaking. Captain Ron and Lauren are awesome! They both are so kind and have so much knowledge about the manatee, crystal River, and three sister springs. Lauren was our guide and she is the sweetest person, knows so much about these creatures, and guided us through the springs all while capturing incredible photos of us with the manatees and answering any questions I had about them. Had coffee and hot chocolate ready once we were back on the boat which was great!! If you are going to book a manatee experience during your trip to Crystal River, use Gulf Coast Expeditions!!!

Trust me, it is worth getting up early to do the 6:30 a.m. trip. What an AMAZING experience! Captain Ron and Lauren were fantastic and made sure our visit with the manatees was above and beyond anything we could have dreamed. When we got in the water, the manatees seemed to flock to Lauren, giving us the opportunity to see them very up close and personal. This was by far the best activity we did on our vacation and we will definitely return to do it again. Thank you so much, Captain Ron and Lauren! Y’all are awesome!!!
