This was an awesome tour for the wife and I. Even though Terri couldn't be our guide we had an excellent alternative, David. He was a very knowledgeable and interactive tour guide. Even thought we didn't see and manatees or dolphins we saw other things like mango crab and fiddler crabs in their own environment, not to mention the large assortment of birds. The tour was extremely relaxing and tranquil. Having David guide us was entertaining and educational. We highly suggest this guided tour to anyone wanting to see a mango estuary in its natural surroundings. Thank you Terri and David for a great time and tour!!! Again, we had the best time ever!!!

Lots of paddling! My hands were raw by an hour in, we cut the tour short and came back an hour early. Although luck of the draw we did not see any wildlife other then birds. Our tour guide did his best to make the tour fun and interactive.

We saw some manatees playing and they went right under our kayaks! We also had a dolphin come right in front of us. Had it not been for those experiences we would have hated this! The guide was not great at leading us. He barely talked to us the whole time. He didn't even really explain kayaking so we had to teach the kids how to. We weren't fitted for our kayaks so we were really uncomfortable in the seats the whole time and had to adjust them ourselves. It was probably 10 minutes into the kayaking before he even told us which way to hold the paddle. We have done kayak trips before and we have loved them. I think the guide really drug the experience down. If you are experienced I think you will like it. If you need any kind of guidance or are new to kayaking then this is not the experience for you.
