Terri was fantastic! She was very accommodating, proactively reached out about the windy weather and provided lots of great info about the area and wildlife. My boys and I had a great time!

We kayak for 1 1/2 hour around the mangroove trees , we saw 2 pelicans and a crab No Manatees and No dolphin the advertising showed pictures of manatees and dolphins We were really patient but after all that time we decided to go as there was NOTHING to see I will NOT recommend TOO expansive to see nothing . I told you at the very beginning of the tour that it is a wildlife tour and as the name implies, it is wild and that unfortunately I can't call the dolphin or Manatee to show up. I pulled out a jelly and explained its anatomy as well as showing a newly hatched slider turtle to you. Just because there are pictures of animals that are seen on tours, dose not mean that they will be in that exact same area during every tour. That's not how nature works. Your family completely ruined one of my kayaks and you didn't even say anything when it was very politely pointed out to you

Teri was a force of nature and seemed to blend right in with the wildlife. She met us at the launch with prepped kayaks, preservers, safety tips, and a dry bag for phones and keys. She used her own phone to take pics of us during the trip when the light conditions were favorable. She recognized and spoke to all the birds, dolphins, and jumping fish that joined our tour, and she even nibbled on things we found along the way, and respectfully picked up conk and hermit crabs for us to meet. She kept us safe and informed throughout the twisting waterways among the Red, Black, and White Mangroves, all of which I can now identify.
