Upon entering the park, you will be greeted by one of our Guest Relations personnel giving information on how to use lockers (available for purchase) and directions to guest desired activities.

My sister and I came out to float around the lazy river and hang out at the adult only pool. The adult pool was closed because they were short staffed and there are no floats allowed in the lazy river or waive pool. They should make this clear on their web site, so people don’t purchase tickets for activities shown on their web site. The web site is deceiving.

well... when we 1st arrived 1/4 of the rides were shut down for am hour due to an accident .. nobody told us any rules such as always wear the given watches . we just kept getting (bad attitude ) yelled at for not following rules that were never told to us . such as always wear bands or standard practices for the rides . . they have 1 concession stand and I literally stand in the line for 40 minutes . once I was seen I stayed there for an addition 40 minutes waiting for the food while all the customers were complaining and the line manager was screaming at all the cooks in the open.. it was comical .. my wife called me 5 times thinking something bad happened to me . so I finally received my 1 order of small fries and a drink and guess what ? lol that was just for the cup .. i then had to wait another 20 minutes in a completely different line in order to fill my cup up myself because they dont . lmao . so basically an hour and a half later once I finally got back to my wife and kids the fries were cold . so theyre open for 6 hours and I spent 2 hours waiting in line for a drink and a small fry . and food isn't allowed into the park . I hate to give a bad review but that was my experience . I tried complaining to management to give them a chance to make up for it but 5 out of 5 of the workers I spoke to their response was "I know , I know " . definitely not worth it . im from south florida and I go to all parks down here as I have 3 kids ... if you plan on coming then plan on waiting a while . or sneak your own food in and avoid the concession stand .

We visited this water park today with my mom and teen daughter. It was a lot of fun, very clean and lots of available lounges. The food was good but I wish they had recommended the drink all day cup - I would recommend sharing...it works out as a cheaper option. We were there on a quieter day so I don’t know what it would be like on a busy day, but I’m very glad we went!
