Daniel did a great job as our tour guide. He knew all about the farms, owners, which horses were at which farms. It was a good informative tour. Daniel made it even more fun with his personality. It was sad that since the Covid, we weren't able to do some things. But I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Our guide, Vicky, did a phenomenal job! I don't know how she remembers all of the information she shares. It was amazing! We visited so many horse farms (some we were able to get out and look around and some we just drove through on the land). We learned so much. The only disappointing part was not being able to go to Keeneland due to it being closed for COVID but thats out of their hands. For a general idea of logistics, We rode in a FORD Transit minibus type vehicle, all were asked to wear masks in the vehicle which we all did. Vicky kept the air up and I think we were all comfortable from what I could tell - no one complained. When we were out in the open spread out we were able to take breaks from the mask. We were also given a bathroom break about midway through. The tour lasted a good 3 hours 15 min maybe. You definitely get your moneys worth in my opinion. And the tour guide Vicky is the icing on the cake with all of her knowledge!

The tour itself is great, everything other reviewers have said is true. Their handling of Covid-19 is why I rated them the way I did. I called first to see how they were handling Covid-19. I was told that they were limiting capacity in the vans and that they were asking but not forcing everyone to wear masks while they were in the vans, which sounded OK to me. When we got there, there were 11 people in a small van that seats 13, and the windows don't open. The other people were from one family from a hot-spot state. They all had masks with them, but didn't put them on and weren't asked to. When we got to Kentucky Horse Park, they asked if they should wear masks inside the visitor center and the guide said not to bother. Then he sang opera to us, which would have been cool any time other than during a pandemic with a virus that spreads through aerosols in tight spaces. About 1.5 hours of the 3 hours was spent in the van.

Thank you for doing a review and we appreciate your feedback. We are glad you thought the tour was great. We do our best to follow the Kentucky guidelines that do not force people to wear a mask. We do however require that masks be worn in the van.and it's unfortunate that some people ignored the rule.We are now strictly enforcing this on future tours. We do not track where people are from and I would think the majority of people would think that was offensive. We also state in our terms and conditions that no one should take the tour if they are ill or have a fever. As far as group size we limit our tours to 7 to 10 passengers in a 15 passenger van with a center aisle and high roof and vans are sanitized after every tour..
