Muzyczna piesza wycieczka po Hamiltonie

Przegląd
Take a song-by-song stroll through Hamilton’s rise and eventual fall as New York’s foremost Founding Father. This tour is designed for folks who have already seen or plan to see the 11 Tony Award winning Broadway production or those just addicted to the cast album. The tour puts the songs, history and lower Manhattan locations into perspective. The tour matches up individual songs with their actual location, including some bonus stops that help illuminate the time and place that Alexander Hamilton lived and died in. Each guest receives a Personal Listening Device to insure you hear every word and note, no matter how noisy the city gets.

Best history lesson I’ve ever had! Chazz led our footsteps through history with fascinating details. He told the story of the then-18-22-year-old founding fathers — we saw New York Harbor (envisioning 32,000 troops) — walked through the winding streets of the financial district (they follow the path of old streams!!) — saw Fraunces Tavern and other historic buildings where our government began — saw where George Washington was sworn in as president — learned Wall Street is so named because there was actually a wall (native people helped build, probably unknowing it was to keep them out!) — saw explosion marks in the stone from the first terrorist attack — saw the Bull and the Little Girl who stood up to it — witnessed worn-down marble floors from people dragging heavy bags of gold to pay tariffs — walked by the site of “the room where it happened,” and much more. My daughters will be recalling details to share in their history classes for years to come. Excellent way to spend a morning in Manhattan!

Although New York is my home state, this adventure was so informative. We are going back to enjoy everything again on our own, preferably in the sunshine, there were places and explanations that were tremendously interesting and fun to find out. Our whole group enjoyed every minute. Wondering if you have other walking tours available.

Got a text the night before canceling. We were so disappointed. They offered to rebook us on the weekend but we were leaving.
