Kaimana tours rep was rude and they issued us faulty equipment. Everything we had kept breaking. Two pairs of goggles and an umbrella were broken. The rep stated they evaluated the equipment but said they might have to change us for it. Its not our fault they give broken or worn out equipment to customers. Its not my job to make sure the equipment I get isn’t damaged. I used my time running and trying to get the equipment fixed or exchanged, instead of snorkeling like I paid for. Never got a new umbrella. Viator sided with the company and don’t care about their customers. Won’t ever use again.

Aloha, its always best to check equipment when being rented initially so they can be swapped if found faulty. Once the equipment was replaced free of charge. The umbrellas rented out are never rented out broken. Sorry for your poor experience.
