Bad experience main waterfall that was promoted was closed unfortunately no mention of this prior to scheduled event Even though they can call & change your pick up time to 30 min later-All they are is a ride.. they take you & just drop you off & it’s we’ll be back to pick you up - bought my own snorkeling stuff & paid a dollar for parking me & my boyfriend had a blast going ourselves rather just getting a ride from these guy’s...

Thank you for your feedback. It is stated on our website that the hike is self guided. Unfortunately we can't control when the Manoa Falls trail suddenly closes, to please most guests we have an alternative hike up the valley that is the same climate and terrain style of the falls trail. In regards to Hanauma Bay the parking lot majority of the time is full and we bypass that in the commerical parking area. Sorry you didnt enjoy our service, our guides try their best in making the tour engaging for the time being.

We had a wonderful experience with this company, we were well served!!! Driver was so helpful and fun! And Hanauma Bay is stunning, amazing place!!! I really recommend this place and do it with this company, they are the best!!! Thank you so much!!!

We loved our tour with Jensen! He picked us up promptly and was very patient with us and the 5 young children we had in our group. He was very knowledgeable about the area giving us many recommendations. The gear was all in great, clean condition. Highly recommend!
