do NOT waste your time. We woke up at 5 am, paid valet parking at a hotel, and were pushed into a van that was packed. On the drive to the bay, there were inappropriate jokes about kicking migrants out of our country being made. I was uncomfortable. We only did all this because buying tickets online was difficult. We thought this was our only option. However we realized that many people simply drove to the bay and parked for free, then paid admission of $25. You will save time and money just going yourself. After when it was time for pickup, the driver was rude and rushed us complaining he needed to leave for the day. He took our go pro and footage, without giving us our SD card we paid for. Once he realized, he wouldn’t take us back for our card. We had to take another two hours out of our vacation the next day to get the SD card from their shop. They aren’t very kind or helpful. Honestly, just go yourself. There is NO tour of the bay. They are JUST dropping you off and picking you up.

First, our drivers and staff maintain a professional environment, and inappropriate jokes of the nature you described are not something we condone or tolerate. We take such claims seriously, but we have no record of this occurring.
Regarding parking, we always provide clear instructions via email and text about free parking options. The choice to use valet parking was entirely up to you. Additionally, many guests do choose to drive themselves, but our service is designed for those who prefer a convenient, hassle-free experience.
As for the SD card, it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they have all personal belongings. You realized it was missing after the driver was already 30 minutes away, and while we couldn’t immediately return, we did offer a solution by arranging for it to be dropped off at the original pickup location. Unfortunately, you declined this option.
