We visited the bay and had to walk from the entrance down the steps carrying all of the equipment. Other vehicles pulled down to where you enter but we were told they could not do that . It rained the entire time we were on the beach and we called and asked for an earlier ride only to be told that they had no shuttle and we would have to Uber and make arrangements to drop off the rented equipment. To say the woman I spoke with was rude would be a huge understatement. I promised her an online review and here it is. Her response to that was so what. You need to treat customers better than that and have a plan other than to tell the customer to solve the problem. The ride over was fine and the gear was fine. My suggestion is look elsewhere to someone who is going to make sure your taken care of. The driver said if we needed anything to call I did and you can see she results of that.

Aloha Tom, I think you may have misunderstood the driver which is what our associate was trying to tell you. IF there are any issues to equipment, you may call the office and they will issue a new one for you. If you are planning on leaving the beach before the pickup time, you are also required to notify the office to return extra rentals. We are very sorry about the weather but unfortunately that is out of our control. We cannot pay for everyones uber that decides to leave on their own and we could not make the driver come and take just your party back, since 1 the driver has other tours he's driving and 2 you are tied to the group return time.

Wow I’m speechless, this place is amazing. It’s beautiful, the water is crystal clear, there’s too many different types of fish. I totally recommend this place, is for everyone that loves the ocean and likes to swim with the fish and all the sea life. it’s a great activity for friends and families.

We wanted to snorkel at Hanauma Bay but we didn’t have a car. Checked trip advisor and found this company. Pick up was right on time. Easy to get into Hanauma Bay as a group of ten. Driver was helpful and friendly.
