Food and service were excellent. The waiter gave us great recommendations. The food service was spaced out without feeling slow or rushed.

The food was great- tasty burgers and crispy fries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very clean with a lively atmosphere.

I went here with my parents and my son. We have been to this location before in years past. I have never seen the restaurant under such poor leadership. Although I don't work in restaurants anymore, I worked in them for 10 years and have a MS in Hotel/Restaurant management. I have a pretty good grasp of what it takes to run a restaurant correctly. This location is like a ship without a rutter. The restaurant is very clean and from the entrance the chefs and the back of the house crew looks on point. Approaching the front hostess, we received no greeting and were told they would text us when the table was open. The restaurant was about 25% full. Waited over 20 minutes to get a text! Food was fresh and typical Hard Rock fried food which all the food came out at the same time. The waitress seems to have never been told to put in an appetizer order first then the main course after bringing the appetizer. This is restaurant 101 stuff! My mother ordered a chardonnay, and we were told they "Ran out". My mother asked if they could get some from the 'casino" and we were told they are not affiliated with the "Hard Rock" casino. Really? As a waitress you should go all out for your customers. Not the greatest experience....
