The burger was very good. Service from Audra was good as well. Too bad they don't have TV's where everyone can enjoy the music videos. The questions asked below this review make no sense for this restaurant?

I’ve been to many Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and while this hotel is top notch, this cafe leaves a ton to be desired. It feels like an afterthought - barely themed compared to the rest of the resort and hardly any memorabilia. Service wasn’t good - lots of misinformation on serving times from the seaters, no idea how to use a reward skip the line voucher, couldn’t handle the large crowds waiting, etc. Service inside was also not up to the usual Hard Rock standard. Everything about this felt like a generic hotel restaurant that happened to have a Hard Rock name. Oh - and no rock shop for the restaurant? Or perhaps there was? Everyone looked at us like we were crazy when we asked about that - isn’t a major part of the Hard Rock brand the merch? The whole experience was very odd.

The whole experience was lackluster. It was off season and around 5pm, it wasn't too busy. We didnt have to wait for a table, which I thought was great, but that was the only thing we didnt wait for. After being seated we wait about 15mins before our waitress came over. We put our drink orders in, an appetizer, and our meal. We asked for the appetizer to come out first. About 20mins went by and we didnt even have our drinks and we only ordered pop.... Shortly after our drinks we got our appetizer. Finished that and after awhile our food came out. A guy brought our food out and when asked if we could get refills he said he would tell our waitress to come over. While she did but after we were finished with our meal. The thing felt off. It felt as if the entire staff was doing everything possible to avoid you. They wouldn't make eye contact and nobody was willing to come over. It was just weird. Our waitress was nice and the food was good, but it felt like the customers were second thoughts. I just thought it was going to be more of an experience eating at the hard rock cafe and it was just not that. Maybe try another place.
