Our group recently visited Hard Rock Cafe Baltimore with our Maryland East Coast USA Pageant queens that ranged from 2 years to adults and had an incredible experience! The atmosphere and setting was perfect for our event. Let me rave about the service... it was impeccable. I want to personally recognize the following individuals: Watressess Desiree, Alisha and Milan; Hostesses: Ashley and Liyah, Bussers: Nick and Jamie and Managers Deborah and Steven. We felt right t home and was able to celebrate and create lasting memories. We ate, laughed and was greatly cared for during our visit. Thank you again to the staff who took great care of us. What a horrible experience. We didn’t even eat. We had to leave since it took almost 15 minutes and asking the hostess where our server was just for a drink order!! Go directly across the street to The Capital Grille, better atmosphere, above and beyond service and not much more money. Plus, you don’t stick to the floors as you walk!!
