A terrible experience!!! The place is interesting, but the offer is a deception and I feel cheated. The Booking.com listing stated-Expect entrees like the classic cheeseburger, a half-rack of hickory-smoked ribs, salmon, steak and even some vegetarian options. Love All - Serve All! However, the real offer was limited to burgers, sandwiches, Caesar and bbq chicken salad. 77 dollars for 2 burgers with fries, a soft drink and just ice cream is too much, because buying it all locally would be cheaper! Disappointed in Hollywood hospitality!

We always try to hit a Hard Rock Cafe if we are in the area and since this was in walking distance, we had to do it. It was full when we showed up and no room for reservations since they were going to have an event that night, but we were able to find a table in the bar area. As normal, the food was great... mostly the burger. The waiter was super friendly even though he was super busy. Fun gift shop to look around after you eat as well.

Made a reservation for dinner and received an email confirming the reservation. Then turned up on time and was asked for my name to be told I didn't have a reservation as the computer systems was down which made no sense. Could they fit us in anyway? No they couldn't and woman was rude. Had gotten myself in the mood for some Hard Rock as well as I do enjoy their food around the world
