I eaten at Hard Rock Cafe's everywhere. This one I wont be back to. On the the edge of Bourbon Street it seemed like a "Can't miss!" Well it did. Though I was seated quickly - my waitress decided to socialize with a table for 10 minutes while I was in plain view - no apology ! My fries were cold and hamburger overcooked. I had to grab her attention every time as I was an afterthought.

Bad food, bad service, all the bad. Obviously they were having a very bad day. Our server was in tears and she kept forgetting us. She was way in over her head. The staff didn’t seem to look like they were working as a team, either. A well run restaurant it is not. We had salads and they were barely ok.

The restaurant is in the heart of bourbon street so easy location, went late in the evening and was seated with no issues, the waitress was polite and quirky as you’d expect from a hard rock, the burgers were nice too, no complaints.
