We booked the ghost adventure at 8pm as it’s so hot during the day and we didn’t regret it. Our guide was really entertaining, informative and interesting. We loved the historical facts and his recommendations for the rest of our trip. Big thank you!

Had a three-person tour with Anna, who was very informative about the history of many of the spots on the tour. Surprised that we were the only ones on the tour but maybe this company doesn't promote as much? Did tour on the eve before Halloween. Daughter not a fan of spooky-stuff but my husband and I loved it.

We booked ahead, were at the cathedral ahead of time, just before it was to begin, we got a text to meet at a different spot but had a little trouble locating the place. When we arrived, there was no one with the described lantern and a bunch of people getting ready for a tour so we thought we were in the right place in front of Landrys. After the tour guide looked for our booking, they decided we were at the wrong tour and "our tour must have already started"--no one else was there so we assumed that was correct. Tried the text number with no answer. So my granddaughter is disappointed and I am out $50. Worst of all though is that I have called the number, left messages by email and No one has made any attempt to contact me. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.I would have been kinder if someone had the decency to contact me or offered another tour or a refund or ANYTHING but silence.
