You will be instructed in: what kind of phenomena make a “genuine haunting”, how to approach investigating such phenomena, to employ your senses and respect your own psychic feelings, learn about various types of paranormal equipment, and you’ll get equipped with two great tools to track paranormal activity. This tour has been going on almost every night since January 2002. We will share stories and anecdotes from the tour related to the sites we visit and relevant historic details. The tour is not designed to frighten, but to engage and educate you in the investigation of haunted phenomena. During the history of the tour we have experienced a wide range of paranormal phenomena including occasional sightings, as well as paranormal sounds, scents, and tactile encounters.

My husband and I had a fabulous time on this tour with Sarah!! So much historical information and ghost stories of St. Augustine. While on the tour, you get to use some paranormal investigation equipment and explore many “spooky” areas. Thank you again and would highly recommend!!

We had a great time. The tour guide was very cool, informative, and willing to do as much or as little as we wanted in the investigation. The guide gave us a run down on the history of the place, the spirits/stories they have experienced, and a run down on how to use all the equipment. All the equipment worked and was in good shape. We had lots of activity and responses from the spirits. It was a perfect experience.

For those reading and are curious to know more: On the Para4ce Investigation experience you use equipment to investigate a haunted house (approx 900 sq feet) for 2 hours with our guide. You get to use equipment such as Para4ce PMB Poltertune, SLS Camera, Polterscript, REM POD, Para4ce REM Master, Para4ce PRS, NEM Master, SHADOW Master, K2 Meters, Spirit Box and Para4ce Portal V5. The house has cameras that records all activity that we can send to you from your investigation.
