We took this tour last Saturday night and it must have been the time where absolutely everyone decided to (loudly) parade up and down Baltimore Street with their vehicles. As another reviewer mentioned, the whole first hour of our 1.5 hours were spent standing on the side of a very busy highway while the guy tried his best to talk over (and pause for) the constant noise (and extra noisy) trucks, muscle cars, and motorcycles (with radios blasting) up and down, back and forth (you get the idea). This tour was more distracting than enjoyable to me and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you can completely disregard all of the ambient noise (not to mention other groups having their own conversations around us and walking through the middle while we had to step aside). It seemed that everyone chose that night to come out, even after dark, it was still noisy with traffic and passersby. I also wouldn't recommend bringing small children along to something like this; they'd be bored within 10 minutes.

We took the 1 hour tour. The area covered was up one side of the main street and down the other and mostly businesses that don’t want the tours standing in front of their property. So the guide would point back at whatever he was describing. The National Cemetery doesn’t allow visitors after dark, so we walked to the gate and looked in from across the street. It was raining so no one in the group took pictures. Our tour guide did his best to talk over the traffic and show us some pictures on his phone of “ghosts” others have photographed. Maybe a longer tour would have gotten us off the main street, away from traffic and allowed time for more ghostly facts. That’s why only 3 stars.
