We had a wonderful historical overview of Healdsburg and the surrounding area and then set out on a delightful, foodie experience. This was an easy walking tour all around the central plaza. We stopped at four very different restaurants. Incredible food and interesting pairings. There was more than enough to satisfy out taste buds and our tummies. Then we stopped in two yummy places for dessert. Cupcakes at one (that we got 'to go' and then to the other for ice cream ..... Everything we tasted from the food, to the wine, to the other drinks, was out of the ordinary and delicious. Our guide, Tammy was easy going, informative and very friendly. She was organized and kept us moving right along, yet never made us feel rushed at all. Every restaurant was ready for us and the servers and/or owners were welcoming and seemed happy to see us. I highly recommend this tour and will do another one next time we are in Healdsburg.

I highly recommend Savor Healdsburg Food Tour. This is a great way to eat and drink a lot of great food and wine. David, our tour guide, was very informative and fun. The 6 places we visited were delicious and fun. The tea room was especially interesting as the owner knows her teas. They were wonderful. Tammy, the owner, is extremely well connected in the Healdsburg restaurant scene. She was the best. This tour is a must do when you visit Sonoma County. The town of Healdsburg, itself, is amazing in beauty and richness with 40 wine tasting spots right in the walking areas of downtown.

We visited 6 locally owned restaurants and were serve red by the either the owner or the chef each time which made it special to hear directly from them. Each told their story of how they got started and the served us some of their favorite dishes. The tour was during the lunch period so it was nice to have little bites along the way. I would recommend with no breakfast or a very light one before going. There was even a mini wine tasting form a local winery! We met some great people. The tour is limited to 8 and we were a group of four so we met two more couples. A must do. There's so much food here you could eat yourself silly. This is a great way to taste a lot of it.
