I had to cancel my tour for a party of four due to a family member having a medical emergency. I did this in advance and was still charged $160 when I confronted them They mentioned that I canceled too late for their policy. This is terrible business. They had no empathy and was treated less than a human being. They took the money and ran and told me I had to call a company that’s overseas to get assistance. No offer of a credit for a future trip. They spoke down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Run don’t walk from the establishment of greed.
