Our group of 7 from Ohio joined our guide Jonathan today for a walking tour to learn about some badass women who through determination, grit, perseverance, and passion, helped change the course of history. This was by far the most interesting tour I have ever been on and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston, SC. Jonathan’s personality, subject research and passion, left us looking forward to our next visit and next tour. Thanks for the memories!

Jonathan's tour was fascinating. As someone with only a broad scope of American history, particularly Southen history, I was intrigued, moved and amused by the wonderful storytelling. Walking through the gorgeous streets of Charleston, and learning about the stories within the walls was a lovely experience. We came away compelled to probe further into the background of the badass broads that were introduced to us. This is one of the most compelling tours I've been on. Do it!

Jonathon did a wonderful job with the history of this historic city as well as the stories of the important historical women. It was the perfect walking tour for me since I absolutely love watching documentaries so this time I was able to walk and listen to the stories about the people of importance or who changed and shaped the area.
