Rip off!! Do not, I repeat do not waste your money!! Spent $176 for this tour. The weather was awful and when you request to have your tickets moved to another day or a refund you are denied. Went on the tour every single stop we were supposed to go to was closed down due to the weather. We barely saw any lights. Also the tour guide left us at the first stop in the pouring rain in freezing cold weather. We paid for an uber to try and find the trolley to get our stuff off of it. I spent more on the Uber than the company was willing to refund. There were 32 passengers on this tour and every single one tried to talk to management about how definite was and how it was nothing that was promised when booking. They offered me 15% refund.. a whole $26 when I spend $176! Terrible company. We saw 1 attraction a little side street of lights. We spent hours driving around the same circles and doing nothing.

We had a great time on a bitter cold evening (nice heat in the trolley, though). Lovely vibe, on-time departure, three stops, with time to walk around and see the wonderful community lights. A totally enjoyable experience.

The worst experience, save your money. Our guide didn’t sing and didn’t know anything about the area. We only had one stop of actual lights.
