We jumped on the bus and brought the 3 day pass on board. The trip round was ok with the tour guide ok, but I’m sure some of it was made up? Once we left the bus & having lunch we read the pamphlet and saw that you could by a jazz river cruise with dinner with a $14 discount. We went to their stop 5 and the shop but was told they don’t offer the jazz cruise & dinner (even though it’s on their pamphlet) & we would need to go to the cruise office. We did and they said they keep getting this but it’s not an offer they can give us & is down to the bus company - the lady then rang the bus company & 1st time was told they have no idea before hanging up, the 2nd time was told it can only be brought on the bus when you buy the 3 day pass but when told nothing was mentioned on the bus and it wasn’t made clear when we brought the 3 day pass or in the pamphlet said there was nothing they could do. So in short they don’t honour what’s on their pamphlets and the staff seem confused about their own offers - oh and the bus trip is not that good.

We took full advantage of our 3 day pass and hopped on and off several times.Our first time on, we took the full 2 hour ride to familiarize ourselves with the city. Most of the guides were informative, some just more talkative than others, but that's ok. We also took advantage of our 2 guided tours (Garden District and French Quarter). We enjoyed both of those as well. We are glad we choose this option.

Had the most wonderful, fun, informative, and relaxed walking tour of the French Quarter with Sparkle. She tailored the tour to our tastes and speed. She’s wonderful, knowledgeable and energetic. Looking forward to catching her on the Garden District walking tour!
