The tour was awesome! We want to give a shout out to our tour guide in costume Gertrude! She knew so much and was so funny!

Tour guide was great. Love the amount of stops But they need more trolleys. We waited sooooo long to get a seat when we got off at stops. The trolleys were all full. And the old town trolley had 2-4 trolleys pass us for every one of ours.

While we are very happy to hear you enjoyed the tour guide, and the stops--we are sorry that the wait times at the stops were longer than normal. We hope you will try us again next time you're in Savannah.

Not sure where to begin. However not so good experience. When we started the tour we were told the trolley comes every 15 minutes, which is NOT true. We were NEVER informed that today the trolley is not coming down the river, for reasons unknown. The other company trolley is, plus the other one is coming every 10 minutes or so. We were waiting for about one hour in the rain down the river, because again no one told us the trolley is not going to pick us up at that stop. We decided to call, after waiting for such a long time in the rain may I add. My husband called, so we had to walk, IN THE RAIN, to the nearest stop. We were told the trolley comes every 30 minutes, not 15 minutes. Well...here we are waiting for one hour, in the rain and still no trolley. This is very poor customer service, and is very unprofessional an disappointing. NEVER, EVER AGAIN! Not recommended! Do yourselves a favor and go with the other company! As I am writing this we are still waiting in pouring rain for the trolley, is been over an hour! We are watching the green an orange ones coming by, we are counting at least 7 in the past hour, and here we are soaking wet still waiting. We already called and of course no apologies just we were told to wait. We should've been told, no river stop at the beginning of the tour, also that the trolley comes every hour and a half. Very bad experience! Horrible. We have a child with us, we are soaking wet. Horrible!
