I'm not one to write a ton of bad reviews BUT this was the worst hop on/off experiences EVER! We chose this one over the other (which we had a great experience with in St Augustine just days before) because we thought it could be interesting with the actors/characters that would get on with historical information. That part was just ok, not terrible, but also not worth using this company for. We hopped off at the park & had lunch at the restaurant which was nice then tried to hop back on. Along with others who chose this company, we waited over a half hour for a trolley to even come by while watching 10-12 of the other company's trolley stop and drop off/pick up their customers. Then one came by which was full and no one was getting off. There was one seat in the front & another person with us asked if they could use it - was told no, it's only for handicapped - no one with a handicap wanted to get on! SOOO we all waited and waited while the other company's trolleys continued to pick up/drop off. I called and was told they were busy today and they'd send a shuttle to take us back to car if we wanted. I asked if we could get our money back and she said no, you've already used part of our services. I explained to her how many other trolleys had come by and she said we were just going to have to wait and understand how busy they are. We finally made it on a trolley after a 45 minute wait and decided there was no way we were getting off again because we knew we'd be stuck. As we stayed on the trolley, we heard more stories from others about the same issues. If the company was that busy, they should have stopped taking money from everyone and leaving everyone in a bad position. Not a fun part of our vacation - do not use this company! They don't care at all about customer service and their people are rude! Use the other trolley service! The tour could have been awesome but was not because of their lack of good customer service. They definitely only cared about the money they were collecting!

We arrived at the Visitor Center (where the trolley starts) about 1030am 10/30/21 only to be advised it will be at least 1hr before we could board a trolley, because they didn’t have enough trolleys. We had to eat the fare! We went next door and paid another fare for Old Time Trolley, of which we boarded immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed Old Time Trolley!
