We took the tour all the way to stop #13 to get a semblance of the city. 1st issue with tour was that it did not go down into the river district (waterfront) which was not explained when purchasing tickets. We then walked through the city, until approximately 4:00. We stopped at #6 stop to ride back to beginning of tour. We waited over 25 minutes for a bus to arrive. Finally one did arrive, but was full except for two seats which were taken by an elderly couple. We inquired as to the next bus, but driver stated he had no idea!! We then called the main number on tour schedule. Women answering phone was unapologetic and stated they were not a national company, but family run and therefore did not have the requisite buses. She stated they would send a shuttle as soon as one was available - - - Shuttle arrived 15 minutes later and took us direct to our hotel! No more tour at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience. October is one of our busiest months in Savannah, and with the on'off tour you never know how many are going to be getting off or on at any given stop. We are sorry for the miscommunication. we hope you had a good time in Savannah.

There were not enough trolleys for all of the passengers that day. Waited 30+ At stop to hop on. No thx

Decent price, and tickets can be booked anywhere. Recommend picking up a map or book of Savannah, which often provides coupons for the purchase of the trolley tour. We did hop on/hop off several times during the tour, and as such, had three or four different tour guides. All of the tour guides were great. Different narrating styles, but extremely knowledgeable about the history of Savannah, along with some great eating recommendations in the area. Some stops had longer wait than others, and when the driver is recognized they could not always bring the waiting passengers on board due to no seats available, they would contact the main office for another trolley to be sent right away. Only thing that would make it a little bit better is if they had an allowance for 24 hours from the time that you hop on the bus. If you hop on at noon, you will only have about 4 1/2 hours to use the trolley. Also, perhaps a two day pass could be made available for people in the area for several days. Great experience overall!
