This is the second time I have done this tour. The young woman at the ticketing area was great. She even walked us to where we had to park our car. Our first driver, Steve, was excellent. He could be heard, was very knowledgeable and interesting, and funny. We got off at stop 3 for a house tour. We had to wait 220 minutes for the next trolley. Meanwhile another company had 2 more trolleys come. Our second driver was awful. We could not hear her. She was not only not loud enough but she stayed in a lower gear too long and that made the trolley loud. She was not interesting at all. She would not let the 2 front seats be used, saying they were for “equipment”. We got off at stop 7 and walked the rest of the way. I cannot recommend this trolley tour.

We appreciate your review. We apologize that you had to wait for 4 hours for a trolley. We typically come around every 20-25 minutes. Perhaps you were not in the right spot? We are also sorry to hear that you did not enjoy one of your guides. We hope that overall you had a nice time here in Savannah.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. Told many interning stories about Savannah. Drove the bus well on busy streets.

This was a superb city tour of Savannah. Our tour leader/driver was the best (sorry I don't remember his name). He had so many facts and interesting stories that our heads were spinning. We really liked the characters who would board the trolley and tell us their stories (especially Forrest Gump). They were all superb. If new to Savannah, I strongly urge you to take this tour before setting out to do other activities.
