We didn’t use the trolley. Asked for a refund. No response. Do not recommend. Tried to communicate after multiple emails from the company asking about our experience. Still nothing

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the On and Off tour last week! It was our first time in Savannah and this was the perfect way to see the beautiful city and learn about its history in the process. We got on and off several times throughout the day so we had several different drivers. Each one created a unique experience and taught us a lot about the history of Savannah. The characters were an added bonus! We highly recommend Old Savannah Tours!!!! Just a few extra tops: It does get more busy in the afternoon so wait times at stops are more lengthy then the morning wait times. I highly suggest bringing some water on board to stay hydrated as it does get hot!

We enjoyed our drivers Eddie and Ellis. They were polite and well versed in the history of the city. However, there was one female employee at the Visitor Center whose was rude and curt with us. She had blond hair and a facial scar. She never smiled or welcomed us on the trolley. When my husband was looking up our tickets on his phone, she was noticeably impatient. We hope this employee is retrained in grace and courtesy methods.
