We coordinate to get timed entry tickets for you to enter Vessel and the Edge observatory right after the tour. Typically, you’ll go inside Vessel first at 4 p.m. and then Edge at 5 p.m. However, times may vary slightly due to availability.
Yes, this tour is wheelchair accessible. If you’re traveling with a stroller or wheelchair, the High Line also has elevator access instead of stairs, but we can’t guarantee the elevator will be working. Both upgrades are wheelchair accessible as well. Vessel provides elevators for those who need it and priority access for visitors with disabilities. Edge is accessible with elevators and ramps.

Our tour guide was phenomenal and very educated. Unfortunately just after starting the tour a very strong storm came and kept going stronger and stronger until it made it very difficult to walk through the area and go to see the buildings. Luckily our tour guide was very professional to give us all the info on the buildings anyways while standing protected under cover. I totally recommend this tour!

When my grandson and i tried to fins the tour guide , he or she was no where tobe found. I tried in vain to find 560 W 33rd St and it was nowhere in the vicinity of the area. Also W 33rd St is partially blocked off and inaccessible to pedestrians due to the massive amount of construction still going on in Hudson Yards and vicinity. The personel employed by the HudsonYards informed me that guided tours of this facility are not authorized by the Hudson Yards corporation and not allowed on the Vessel. I have requested a full refund of $70 from TripAdvisor for the 2 tours that never happened and that should never have been sold.

We are disappointed that this guest didn't get to enjoy the tour. The address is easily found using the map on any smart phone. Other people were able to find the tour without incident. It's a shame this guest didn't call the contact number listed. Someone in the office would have gladly help them find the guide.

This is the largest development in NYC, the latest city within a city. It was good to learn the history of the area and everything that had to happen to make this a reality. Benoit was a fantastic guide, enthusiast about this place and it’s story.
