Przegląd

Opuszczamy nasz dok w Hydrojet i płyniemy przez Port Destin, a następnie do Przełęczy Wschodniej. Następnie przyspieszymy i udamy się do Zatoki Meksykańskiej. Hydrojet następnie podróżuje na wschód wzdłuż plaży, zawsze szukając życia morskiego, takiego jak: delfiny, rekiny, żółwie morskie, płaszczki i manaty itp. Po znalezieniu życia morskiego zatrzymujemy się i pozwalamy robić zdjęcia i nagrywać filmy. Podczas dni z wzburzoną wodą będziemy skakać po falach.

PROSZĘ pamiętać o napiwku załogi, ciężko pracują przed, kochanie i po wycieczce, aby była niezapomniana.

Fun fun! We kept the crew laughing. We tip them! You don’t get wet. I will say they need to update music but beside that we still had a great time!

Parking is awful….the Hydrojet is located inside a strip of businesses and easily hidden from view. Was 2 mins late and missed loading. No refunds or moving your tickets to another time slot. Definitely get there way in advance or you’ll get lost and lose out on $150 in tickets plus $10 to park.

The location description is in your ticket for your reference to easily get to the booth if you follow the address! Once you park keep walking straight down towards the water and the hydrojet check is on the right. And the parking yesterday behind fatboys was not busy, also the voucher ticket states to check in 1 hour early ,you showed up 5 minutes AFTER your trip and the girl in the hut sent you a message reminder of your trip however you replied at 2:04 pm. Then, you showed up to the booth at 2:05 however the boat had already left on time and you want to get a refund but she didn’t do it since it is part of our policy that if you miss the trip there will be no refund at all since you’re the one who missed it. Further, she offered the next trip at 4pm and to comeback 10 minutes before but you did not show up .

Customer service was despicable, woman in the hut is truly one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Also, location isn’t easy to find.

Hello! I'm sorry for your experience we just follow the policy also your voucher ticket it's stated to check in 1 hour early ,you showed up 5 minutes AFTER your trip and the girl in the hut send you a message reminder of your trip however you replied at 2:04 pm.
