Wonderful experience. Captain and mates were exceptional. We saw at least 10 whales and pods on pods on pods of dolphins!

This was a great tour. The guides were friendly & very knowledgeable. The boat was comfortable & just the right size for a more intimate experience. We were fortunate to see multiple whales. A pod of dolphins surrounded our boat at one point. A very exciting and fun time.

Absolutely horrible customer service we arrived little late in port we called them and and communicated to them, the lady was rude hung up on me, called back she asked the arrive time and I told her we would be about 15m or so late, also the directions for the meeting point weren’t clear it was a 30 min cab ride from port and arrived 15-18 minute late then which we missed the excursion, the lady wasn’t willing to to move our time or anything or give a refund of any and was rude, we bought are excursion thur Viator the tour company then reported to them we never called!! Which I screenshot my call history calling them 5 times what a bunch of scammers
