The beauty of the coast and the deep blue of the ocean was worth the trip. We saw lots of whales as they at times surrounded the boat. The captain and crew were equally excited which was contagious for all onboard!

We were on a Princess Cruise Ship. I called the day before at 1204pm, (our tour was scheduled at 1200) which was only 4 minutes after the 24 hour cancellation time, as our captain made an announcement that because of bad storms, we would not be arriving in port until 2pm instead of 8am. They would not refund our money even though it was out of our control. Bad customer service!

This sounds like a huge misunderstanding. We are so sorry. Out of the 1000's of people that we try our very best to accommodate and please, we don't like to hear this type of dissatisfaction. We truly hope that the remainder of your Kauai experience was wonderful and that overall you enjoyed your cruise. Again, we are sorry for this miscommunication.

Friendly crew and beautiful scenery. But if you sit towards the rear of the boat to have a shady spot, you might not see many whales. When our boat spotted any whales, the boat quickly turned so the front faced the whale. That meant the crowd standing at the front were the only ones to actually see the whale. We were disappointed since other whale watching tours are better about rotating the boat to give everyone a good viewing experience.
