Not only will you have the opportunity to catch world class fish, but you will be able to do it in the intracoastal as you get a grand tour of urban Fort Lauderdale. Since the fishing takes place in the protected inshore waters you do not have to worry about getting seasick or having to travel far offshore in rough seas. All of our fishing is with light tackle, which makes the experience much more exciting and allows the angler to feel part of the action. Our main species we target are tarpon (sometimes over 100 pounds), snook, jack crevalle, barracuda, and sharks. We mainly fish with live bait, and most of the action is topwater giving the angler a visual experience. Anglers are welcome to hold the rod or use the rod holder until there is a bite depending on how much anglers want to participate.

Got a heads up from Zach that weather was going to be a problem on our scheduled trip so we made new plans. Zach showed up on time (5am) and pretty much took care of everything on the trip- bringing us to the fish, casting to the fish, telling us how to get them on the boat, freeing the fish, and taking our pictures. Except for our novice ineptitude we probably would have had double the fish though I think we caught 10 nonetheless, including snook and lots of Jack. Lost a tarpon. No snags. Inland waterway has plenty of fish and ocean would have been unfishable given the weather. Fun time for me and my son. Great time and memories. Thanks Zach.

We had an amazing time with Captain Zach! He really knows the area and where to catch some big fish!! It was my 6-year-old son's first fishing trip and Zach was extremely helpful and patient with our million questions. We will book this adventure again and again!
