Got stuck in NY an extra day due to flight cancellation. Needed something to do and decided to take a bicycle tour through Central Park. It was fabulous! Almost 2 hours. Our guide, Joseph, was excellent. He made sure everyone was able to hear him and had lots of interesting info on Central Park. All the bikes in our group were in great condition, no issues. Be forewarned.....there are hills in the park, a couple of fairly steep ones. Don’t take this tour if you don’t think you can keep up. There was a woman in our group who was having a hard time, and we ended up spending about 20 extra minutes just waiting on her to catch up. If you you have kids, make sure they are big enough to keep up. It’s not fair to the rest of the group to continually make them wait. I highly recommend Bike and Roll and this tour!

My husband and I took our 14 and 17 year old daughters and had a great tour!! The pace, information given at the sites, and the time spent at the sites was perfect. It Is a day we will not forget.

Although I think the park is easily explored by bike, I didn't feel like the tour guide offered any added value. We left the location 15 minutes after the start time and at two of our stops we were given 15 minutes to ourselves to wander around. That means that little over half of the time was actually spent on the tour itself. There were two 'guides' but only one was leading the tour and the other was often distracting with strange comments and jokes. Next time, I would just rent bikes and ride around the park without the guide.
